NEW DATES FOR LSUS BASEBALL TOTAL SKILLS CAMP II (5/25/2010)
SHREVEPORT, La. - The LSUS Baseball summer camps staff has announced new dates for the Total Skill Camp II. The camp was originally scheduled for Monday (June 28th) through Thursday (July 1st) but it has been moved up one week and will now start on Monday, June 14th, with the final day of the camp on Thursday, June 17th. The times will remain the same (9:00 a.m.- NOON).
 
PILOTS SEASON COMES TO AN END WITH LOSS TO TENNESSEE WESLEYAN (5/20/2010)
COLUMBUS, Ga.- The no. 9 LSU Shreveport Pilots ended their season at the hands of the no. 24 Tennessee Wesleyan College Bulldogs by a final score of 6-5 on Thursday afternoon at Golden Park.

COLUMBUS, Ga.- The no. 9 LSU Shreveport Pilots (48-12) were defeated by the no. 13 Southern Polytechnic State University Hornets by a final score of 6-4 on Wednesday afternoon at Golden Park.

BATON ROUGE---Louisiana’s reigning collegiate debate champion, Ali Lieberman, a senior accounting major and student government president at LSU Shreveport, on Monday was elected the new student member of the LSU Board of Supervisors.
 
PILOTS DOMINATE INDIANA TECH IN OPENING ROUND (5/18/2010)
COLUMBUS, Ga.- The no. 9 LSU Shreveport Pilots (48-11) crushed the Indiana Tech Warriors (34-27) in game number three of the Columbus’ Opening Round of the NAIA Baseball National Championship Tournament by a final of 18-4 at Golden Park.
 
PILOTS WILL TRAVEL TO COLUMBUS FOR THE OPENING ROUND (5/14/2010)
SHREVEPORT, LA- The no. 9 LSU Shreveport Pilots baseball team is the number one seed in group #8 in the 2010 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round bracket in Columbus, Georgia, at Golden Park. The Pilots will join four other teams in the five-team double elimination bracket: no. 13 Southern Poly, no. 24 Tennessee Wesleyan, Indiana Southeast, and Indiana Tech.
 
PILOTS SOAR INTO TOP 10 IN FINAL TOP 25 RANKINGS (5/12/2010)
The LSU Shreveport baseball team breaks into the top 10 for the first time this season at no. 9 in the final release of the 2010 NAIA Baseball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll.
 
PILOTS DEFEAT LOYOLA TO WIN THE GCAC TOURNEY (5/10/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The two seed no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots won their fourth Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament Championship by defeating the Loyola Wolfpack 10-3 on Monday night at Smith-Wills Stadium. The Pilots have now won four of the last five GCAC Tournaments.
 
PILOTS POUND LOYOLA TO FORCE GAME 11 TO DECIDE GCAC TOURNEY CHAMP (5/10/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The second seed no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots (46-11) defeated the sixth seed Loyola Wolfpack (19-29) by a final score of 17-1 on Monday afternoon to force the decisive game to decide the 2010 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament Champion which will be played tonight.
 
MATA’S STELLAR PERFORMANCE ELIMINATES CAREY (5/8/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots (45-11) returned the favor and eliminated the William Carey Crusaders (29-27) from the GCAC Tournament on Saturday night by a final score of 7-1 at Smith-Wills Stadium. The Pilots will face Loyola on Monday needing to win the first game to force a decisive game to decide the 2010 GCAC Tournament Champion.
 
JAMES’ COMPLETE GEM ELIMINATES BELHAVEN (5/8/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots eliminated the no. 10 Belhaven Blazers from the GCAC Tournament on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 6-3 at Smith-Wills Stadium.
 
PILOTS FALL TO CAREY IN EXTRA INNINGS (5/7/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots suffered their first loss of this year’s Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament to the William Carey Crusaders by a final score of 9-7 in 10 innings in the winner’s bracket game at Smith-Wills Stadium.
 
PILOTS TAKE FIRST GAME OF GCAC TOURNEY (5/6/2010)
JACKSON, Miss.- The no. 12 LSU Shreveport Pilots defeated the Mobile Rams in the first round of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament by a final score of 10-4 on Thursday afternoon at Smith-Wills Stadium.
 
GCAC Announces 2010 Baseball All Conference Team, Player of the Year, Gold Glove, Coach of the Year (5/5/2010)
Hattiesburg, MS-The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference has announced the 2010 baseball All Conference Team along with the league’s Player and Coach of the Year Awards as voted on by the conference coaches.
 
PILOTS HOLD STEADY IN NAIA TOP 25 (5/4/2010)
SHREVEPORT, La.- The LSU Shreveport Pilots baseball team remains as the 12th team in the nation according to the most recent release of the NAIA Baseball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll.
