How to Give: Real Estate

Crystal Oil BuildingGifts of real estate can have a tremendous impact on the university. Appreciated property can be donated to the university creating significant tax savings for the donor.

For example in 2001 El Paso Energy donated the Crystal Gas Storage Building, valued at $2.1 million, to the University. This gift represented one of the largest donations ever received by the campus.
