John C. Waugh will deliver the annual LSUS American Studies Lincoln Lecture on Friday, October 3rd at 9:00 a.m. in the Caddo-Bossier Room, on the second floor of the University Center, LSUS. His topic is "Lincoln Ends the War."

Dr. William D.
