Diverse Courses 
As a general studies major, your courses might look a little different than those of other students in the program. For example, you could take courses focusing on public speaking, marine biology, library research, and physical geography all in the same semester.

LSUS offers more than 70 student clubs and organizations for you to get involved in. Not only do you get to study a wide-variety of courses, but you can also participate in varied groups. Your involvement on campus will help you build a network and your résumé prior to graduation.

General Studies Concentration
