Make a Reservation

To reserve a space on campus, you must first submit a reservation request form. After successful submission, you will be contacted by a member of the events team. Once available date(s) have been established, your reservation request will be tentatively held in the campus-wide registration system. To confirm a reservation, you may be required to pay a deposit and sign a usage agreement. If you have any questions about this process or would like to check availability, please contact the Events Team at 318-797-5394 or via email at events@lsus.edu.

RESERVATION PRIORITIES
Student organizations - One Year in Advance
University (LSU Shreveport) divisions and departments - One Year in Advance
All other entities - Six Months in Advance
