Question: My student id and password work for the MyLSUS system, however they do not work for LSUS Moodle or LSUS Student Email, can you help?
Answer: If you cannot get into Moodle or Student Email and it has been at least one business day since you registered for classes, please contact LSUS Information Technology Services and alert us to the problem. This can be done in several ways:

Question: When is my LSUS account created and when do I get access to Moodle and Student Email?
Answer: Your MyLSUS id/password are created upon the submission of your application to LSUS. If you have previously been a student at LSUS or undertaken dual enrollment work with the university, your id/password already exist as you only receive one unique record in the LSUS database. Your Moodle and Student Email accounts are created after you have registered for classes for the first time at LSUS. If you are a FIRST time LSUS student, your Moodle/Student Email accounts are created the next day after you register and the classes you registered for should appear on your My Courses list. If you are a returning LSUS student, your Moodle account should reflect your registered classes within 2 hours of your enrollment.
